The Reading Blue Devils football team started practice yesterday and finished practice on time yesterday before the storms crashed the party. Today was another day for the Blue Devils as they practiced harder than before. The Reading Blue Devils practiced well today and know they have a lot of talent on offense and defense. Reading has 2-star running backs in Junior Landen Schafer and Senior Austin Fancher, who are both all-league, respectively. Schafer looks to grow his junior year as he looks to be one of the best running backs in the league to go with senior Austin Fancher.
The Reading Blue Devils have their first scrimmage in a couple of weeks as they travel out to Clermont County to take on the Batavia Bulldogs Saturday, August 5th @Batavia High School 12:00. Reading will have their 7 on 7 games against Goshen on Thursday (Weather Permitting) all of this as Reading host Woodward week 1, 1 month from today.
